ZERO-DATA BROKERAGE PLEDGE: High on Therapy AI operates on a foundational commitment to privacy. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker your personal reflections, journal entries, or account data to third parties or advertising brokers. Your sessions are strictly confidential.

01 Information We Collect

We collect minimal personal data strictly necessary to authenticate your identity, protect minors, and deliver personalized emotional wellness support:

  • Account Credentials: Email address and hashed credentials when registering natively, or identity tokens when authenticating via third-party providers (Google, Discord, or GitHub).
  • Date of Birth (DOB): Collected during onboarding solely to verify digital age requirements (13+) and to enable age-appropriate conversational guardrails.
  • Journal & Reflection Logs: Quick journal entries, mood assessments, and reflection dialogues submitted directly by you to the workspace.
  • Technical Telemetry: Non-identifiable diagnostic metrics (browser type, load timing) utilized strictly to maintain uptime and mitigate denial-of-service threats.

02 How Information Is Processed

Your inputs are processed in real-time to generate supportive conversational feedback, track emotional patterns, and render interactive grounding exercises:

  • Conversational Inference: Prompts are analyzed ephemerally by state-of-the-art neural language models via secure encrypted API tunnels.
  • No Training On Personal Data: Personal reflections and chat logs are not used to train or fine-tune public foundation AI models.
  • No Advertising Profiling: We run zero commercial advertising and do not build marketing profiles.

03 Isolated Scoping & Sandboxed Storage

High on Therapy is built with strict architectural boundary isolation:

  • Application-Scoped Storage: Your login credentials, user email, and journal logs are stored in your browser under isolated keys (highontherapy_auth, highontherapy_email). They are isolated from the main website (zero.skillissue.gg) and any other applications.
  • Scoped Session Cookie: Session cookies are locked to Path=/highontherapy and cannot leak into root or sibling endpoints.

04 Third-Party Authentication Gateways

When logging in using Google, Discord, or GitHub, we request only the minimal scopes necessary (name, email, unique social ID). We never request access to your private repositories, discord servers, contacts, or google drive documents.

05 User Control & One-Click Data Purge

You retain total autonomy over your information:

  • Instant Sign Out: Clicking the Sign Out button immediately destroys all local storage tokens and invalidates the session cookie.
  • Local Wipe: Clearing your browser storage purges all stored journal reflections and mood history from your machine.
  • Account Purge Requests: You may request full deletion of any associated account records at any time by contacting our developer inbox.

06 Security & Encryption Standards

All network communications are protected by TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. APIs are guarded by CORS policies, rate limiting, and honeypot detection mechanisms to ensure your conversational reflections remain uncompromised.
