NON-CLINICAL COMPANION NOTICE: High on Therapy AI is an artificial intelligence-driven companion and personal journaling interface. It is NOT a licensed healthcare provider, medical facility, or crisis counseling center. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, self-harm ideation, or severe distress, please immediately call or text 988 (USA/Canada), 112 (EU/India), or contact your local emergency services.
01 Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing, registering an account, or interacting with the High on Therapy platform (located under zero.skillissue.gg/highontherapy), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use this platform. During onboarding, age confirmation (Date of Birth) is collected solely to configure age-appropriate safety parameters within conversational AI models.
02 Nature & Scope of the Service
High on Therapy AI delivers cognitive emotional grounding, mood tracking, guided breathing exercises, and reflective dialogue.
- Autonomous AI Generation: Responses are generated in real-time by neural language models. While designed for empathy, clarity, and mindfulness, outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or biased.
- No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Using High on Therapy AI does not create any confidential medical, psychological, or psychiatric relationship. The platform does not prescribe medication, provide official diagnoses, or administer treatment.
03 User Conduct & Safety Rules
You agree to use High on Therapy AI solely for lawful, constructive, and personal purposes. You shall not:
- Attempt to prompt-inject, exploit, reverse engineer, or decompile the underlying model architecture or conversational safety rails.
- Submit content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
- Circumvent or tamper with authentication barriers, API rate limiters, or session isolation gateways.
- Utilize automated crawlers, scrapers, or bots without explicit authorization.
04 Account Security & Isolated Authentication
High on Therapy authentication (via Email, Google, Discord, or GitHub) is strictly sandboxed to the /highontherapy workspace namespace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and connected social accounts.
Sessions are scoped locally to your browser via encrypted tokens and isolated storage keys. You may terminate your active session at any time using the Sign Out button, which instantly purges all authentication tokens.
05 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of all personal entries, prompts, and notes submitted to your private journal and conversations. We claim no intellectual property rights over your reflections.
Platform Assets: The High on Therapy interface, visual design, custom shaders, 3D audio assets, branding, and proprietary orchestration algorithms are the exclusive property of Dev Zero.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, High on Therapy AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated statements, system interruptions, or loss of journal entries. The platform is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
